Movie Info

Lazarus, a former Blues Guitarist, recovering from a shattered marriage finds Rae beaten unconscious on the side of the road. The God-fearing, elderly black man learns that the young woman he's nursing is a drug-using tramp from the Tennessee town they live in, who has been used by just about every man. Abandoned by her mother and Abused as a child, she clings to Ronnie, her boyfriend, but he ships off for boot camp. Lazarus decides to cure Rae of her bad habits in an unorthodox way by chaining her to his radiator.

This Blues-Drama was released on February 23rd, 2007, filmed in Memphis, directed by Craig Brewer and stars John Cothran Jr, Justin Timberlake, Christina Ricci, Michael Raymond-James, Samuel L. Jackson.
